An exceptional place
Caville gite is an old stone building, at 500 meters altitude, and has been totally restored both in respecting local architecture and eco-responsibly (energy-economic, natural and organic materials …) nestling in a setting endowed with an exceptional view over the Pyrenees.
It can sleep 14 to 15 people. All bedrooms have twin 90 x 200 cm beds that can be separate or put together (a 180 cm double bed with an over-mattress) depending on the group’s makeup.

You enter the gite to find a large reception area equipped with plans and tourist brochures. Next, an impressive living room (80 m²) has a large bay window opening on the Pyrenees. A closed-hearth fireplace contributes to a cozy atmosphere.
The 35 m² kitchen marries old-fashioned charm and modern conveniences, there is a laundry room off it. The rest of the ground floor is made up of a 4 to 5 person bedroom (2 bunk-beds and mariner or drawer bed), a separate WC as well as a 16 m² bedroom, a shower room with a walk-in shower and double washbasin and another separate WC, all three in accordance with handicapped access requirements.
On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. In the adjoining barn are “suspended” the swimming pool and games room.
Accessibility
The whole ground floor is on one level and easily accessible by all (‘Tourisme et Handicap’ label). Switches and sockets are adapted and mixed in level. Room areas are in accordance with current regulatory requirements and their specific planning has been unobtrusively executed

The kitchen has: a dishwasher, 2 fan-ovens, 2 fridges, 1 deep-freeze, a microwave, an expresso coffeemaker with grinder, toaster, kettle, blenders, raclette apparatus, ice-cube maker, crockery and all necessary utensils …
There is a second dishwasher in the cellar, as well as a second sink and a washing-machine/dryer
The loudspeakers built into the living-room ceiling give a unique sound quality associated with a Bluetooth Hi-Fi as well as a Curve widescreen TV, WiFi compatible
For business meetings or seminars, a video-projector with a HDMI plug is available in the ceiling …
There are also garden chairs and tables, parasol, sun-loungers, plancha-style grill as well as a pétanque court, bike area, badminton set, footballs and goals … a heated swimming-pool with counter-current system
Meetings and seminars
Accomodation is also possible for one or several days, out of season and during the week to organize work meetings in peaceful environment.
We can propose a welcome breakfast, cook services and cultural or sports activities.

An approximately 10 000 m² park surrounds the house. It has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the local Regional Natural Park. According to the season, you can take advantage of orchards of fruit and local trees, walk in the surrounding woods, or relax making use of the leisure equipment available … Several other vacation activities are possible: pétanque, bike area, badminton, footballs and goals … a wooden play-house and a seesaw
